Level Up: The University Thrival Guide

Time: 45-75 minutes

Keynote: Interactive Assembly · Orientation Programming

Themes: Transitions · Identity · Belonging · Social Confidence

The gap between who you were in high school and who you're becoming in post-secondary is real — and it's one of the most disorienting, exciting, identity-shaping spaces a young person ever navigates. In this dynamic, story-rich keynote, Adrian Leckie meets first-year students exactly where they are: a little lost, a little excited, and figuring out who they want to be. Using his LEVEL UP framework, Adrian helps new students make friends intentionally, build belonging quickly, and move from just surviving campus life to genuinely thriving.

Write Your Next Chapter:  Your Journey in 3c's

Time: 30-60 minutes

Keynote: Capstone keynote . Year-end student events. Career and transition conferences

Themes: Transitions · Purpose · Confident Communication · Networking · Career Readiness · Post-graduation identity

In this powerful capstone keynote, Adrian Leckie draws on his own post-graduation journey — the uncertainty, the academic failures he carried quietly, the job he didn't get, and the unexpected path that changed everything — to give graduating students a practical, story-driven framework for stepping confidently into the next chapter. Built around three words — Clarity, Connection, and Courage — this talk helps students stop chasing someone else's version of success and start building their own.

It's a real conversation about what it actually takes to go from graduate to grounded professional: knowing who you are and what your story is already telling you, building relationships that open doors applications never will, and finding the courage to stay in it — even when the path looks more like a rock wall than a ladder.

Graduates leave this session with more than inspiration. They leave with a framework they can use in the next networking conversation, the next interview, and every step that follows.

UNMUTE Yourself: Own Your Voice, Own Your Story

Time: 30-60 minutes

Keynote: School assembly · Orientation keynote · Leadership summit ·Black History Month · EDI programming · Mental health and wellness events

Themes: Identity · Cultural awareness · Belonging · Empowerment · Confident communication · Wellness · Leadership

Unmute Yourself is Adrian Leckie's flagship keynote, high-energy, culturally grounded, and built around one honest truth: your students aren't struggling because they lack ability. They're struggling because somewhere along the way, they learned to make themselves smaller.

Adrian draws from his own story and his From Story to Strength framework to help students do the same work in real time. Moving through four intentional stages — owning who they are, framing their experiences with clarity, practicing the courage to be heard, and carrying that voice into the real world — students leave with a grounded sense of self, the confidence to own their culture and background as strengths, and the tools to show up fully in every room that comes next.

Your students already have the voice. They just need someone to hand them the mic.
